Join us on April 22nd for a day of creativity and community. Come and create a wooden basket & support conservation at our workshop. Hosted by Ray Lagasse, a renowned basket maker, the workshop will take place at Stoddard Town Hall and is open to both beginners and experienced woodworkers alike.

The workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn traditional techniques and tools used in wooden basket making while supporting conservation efforts. All proceeds from the workshop will go towards The Little Big Forest, a grassroots group led by the Stoddard Conservation Commission, dedicated to preserving and protecting natural treasures for generations to come.

Choose from one of 14 basket styles and create a beautiful and functional wooden basket to take home. Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill or simply enjoy a day of creativity with like-minded individuals, this workshop is the perfect opportunity.
