Due to several work related issues, some personal issues and some family injuries, I had to take some “down time”. But now I’m back … to let you know…. we are almost, but not quite, done. Now is the time for us to Push to the finish line. So make sure to donate today!

Let’s go folks: Push to the finish line. We have secured all the big money. Now it is up to you. Here is a quick summary: Where the Money Has Come From:
• USFS-Community Forest Grant: $600,000. The LBF was one of only 12 projects nationwide to receive funding; and of the 12 projects, one of only 5 to receive the maximum of $600,000!!!!!
• Land & Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP): 55 projects received in 2022 round; BUT ONLY 34 funded. The Little Big Forest was unanimously awarded the HIGHEST amount in the 2022 Grant Rounds: $400,000!!!!!
• N.H. Moose Plate Grant: Received maximum amount of $30,000
• Putnam Foundation: $25,000; Bailey Foundation: $40,000; Lesser Foundation: $3,000; Keene Lions Club: $1,000; Highland Lake Unified Assn.: $1,000
• Private Donations (Zeffy, pledges, checks): $132,026+ (THAT”S YOU Folks)
Roughly $250,000 to CLOSE ( out of $1.5 million for the whole project)!!
